Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the selected service and your message. Via a job application: the same details plus your CV.
Why
Solely to respond to your enquiry or application. We do not use your details for marketing without your explicit consent.
Who receives your data
Only Ramgoelam Technische Groep N.V. staff handling your enquiry. Form data is technically processed by Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
Retention period
Contact enquiries and job applications are kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing process. CVs for closed vacancies are deleted unless you consent to longer retention.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@rtgnv.com.
